Fixes have been implemented, and delayed data is currently being reprocessed for both EU and US sections. We are actively monitoring progress and will provide an update once all data is available in the DY Admin.

Identified

We are investigating a data processing delay affecting some reports in the Dynamic Yield Admin UI across EU and US sections. Customers may see incomplete data in Recommendations, Experiences, and Audience reports for recent activity.

Data collection and other services such as campaign serving continue to work as expected, and impacted data will become available once the delay has recovered. Our team is currently working through a fix.
